Use FlowFront Ltd only if you’re ready to grow your business honestly—by signing up, you accept our terms. Our platform helps you automate bookings with smart bots, and our rules are clear: be legal, be fair, and keep your data safe.
1. About FlowFront Ltd
FlowFront Ltd offers a monthly subscription platform for AI-powered booking bots tailored to small, service-based businesses. Optional website creation services are also available for a one-time flat rate of £30 per site.
We integrate with a range of tools including Google Calendar, WhatsApp Business, Stripe, Make.com, and SMS gateways to automate bookings, reminders, and customer engagement.
Our aim is to simplify scheduling and automation for service businesses, helping them operate more efficiently and professionally.
2. Eligibility & Registration
You must be at least 18 years old to use FlowFront Ltd’s services. You must be authorized to represent a business or act as a sole trader for lawful purposes.
Eligible businesses must comply with UK or international regulations and operate legitimately. The platform must not be used for misleading, harmful, or fraudulent activities.
FlowFront Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of these eligibility requirements.
3. Payments & Account Setup
All subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe in GBP unless otherwise specified. Website creation is billed at a one-off rate of £30 per site.
Following successful payment, users must complete the onboarding form to configure booking bots and services. VAT is added where required based on user location or status.
Payment is required to access services, and refunds are subject to the policy described below.
4. Refunds & Cancellation Policy
Profit Guarantee: If you do not make a profit in your first month (where bookings generate more income than your FlowFront subscription cost—Standard or Pro), you may request a full refund. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of sign-up with supporting evidence, such as booking logs.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Stripe portal. Access will continue until your billing cycle ends. No prorated refunds are offered for mid-cycle cancellations.

5. Acceptable Use Policy
You must not use FlowFront Ltd’s services for any illegal or unlicensed operations. Attempts to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with the software or third-party integrations are strictly prohibited.
Do not send harmful, spammy, or abusive content using our platform, or share access with unauthorized third parties.
Serious or repeated breaches may result in immediate suspension or permanent disabling of access without prior notice.
6. Data Collection & Privacy
FlowFront Ltd only collects personal and business information needed to deliver automation and integrations. Data is shared exclusively with essential partners like Make.com, Google, Airtable, Stripe, as detailed in our Privacy Policy.
Users have the right under UK GDPR to request access, correction, or deletion of their data. We do not sell or share data with non-essential parties.
Your privacy and data protection are a priority—contact us for privacy concerns or deletion requests.
7. Limitation of Liability
FlowFront Ltd is not liable for indirect or incidental damages, including lost profits, bookings, or business disruption. Our total liability is capped at the total subscription fees paid during the previous six months.
These terms apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Dispute Resolution & Compliance
Disputes should first be addressed through negotiations of at least 30 days. If unresolved, disputes are subject to binding arbitration under the laws of England & Wales, to be held in the UK.
It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations. FlowFront Ltd does not guarantee legal compliance for your business.
